WHAT TO VISIT :
Tózar, 40 Kilometres from Granada City , is one of the few villages of the province that presents an almost complete historical sequence:
. The Dolmen (megalithic grave) from the Iron Age.
. The Silo from the Roman Period , used for cereal storage. This Silo supposedly belonged to a Villa Romana, which is still to be found.
. The Anthropomorphic tombs .
. More recently, the Trenches dating from the Spanish Civil War .
. Its plazas , fountains and typical narrow streets...
All these sites can be found only a few steps from the city centre.
Additionally you can enjoy its natural wealth : the Tajos de la Hoz , the rural routes of the Sierra del Marqués , the Velillos river,...

In Moclín you can visit, among others :
. The Arabic castle
. The Church of the Incarnación containing the tapestry of the Cristo del Paño .
. The Casa del Pósito ("Granary House" ), from the Renaissance.
. The area surrounding Moclín offers very interesting excursions : cave paintings, several watchtowers related to the castle (the Porqueriza , the Mingoandrés and the Solana towers), etc...

WHAT TO DO:
There are numerous paths for hiking / trekking, horse riding, canoeing in the Colomera reservoir, etc. (N.B. previous booking recommended). You can also visit the Interpretation Centre of the last frontier of Al-Andalus in the Church of Montefrío.

ACTIVITIES:
There are many spectacular routes for those who fancy walking, trekking, biking or even driving.
